The 'archaic machinery' EP is a collection of remainders from the 'grey avalon sun' sessions. This material was deemed strong enough for release, but thematically and sonically too divergent from that of 'grey avalon sun.' 'Information psychosis' and 'information bleeds into verse' are two actualizations of the same prepared part. 'Raw earth' is built around a 'found' sound: an old unrealized kaiserbilly demo.
